Grand celebration for Logfret on board the newly refurbished ACL vessel

On 6th October, Logfret was invited to attend a Grand Celebration aboard the newly refurbished ACL vessel, The Atlantic Sea. Having returned to service at the end of September after a scheduled dry-dock period, the vessel was looking all shiny in her renewed splendour.

A Closer Look at the World’s Largest CONRO Vessel

Following the refurbishment in the Hamburg dry dock, ACL invited a select group of customers, along with staff, crew, and officers, to experience the vessel first-hand. During the guided tour, guests explored multiple decks, visited the bridge, and gained insight into the advanced technology that makes The Atlantic Sea a standout in today’s shipping landscape.

Highlights of the tour included:

• ACL’s unique Cell Guide Racking System for containers
• The spacious and efficient RORO decks
• An overview of the latest marine environmental safety measures

A Memorable Celebration

The celebration began at the iconic Royal Liver Buildings, where guests gathered before being transported to The Port of Liverpool to board the vessel. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with industry colleagues, celebrate ACL’s achievements, and gain a deeper understanding of the innovations behind their operations.
